As a Social Worker in the Looked After Children Team, you will manage a caseload of children in care, developing and reviewing care plans tailored to their needs. Your role involves ensuring safe and stable placements, promoting the children's health and wellbeing, maintaining regular contact, and advocating for their voices in decision-making processes.
