Associate Director, Strategy; Program Manager

The Associate Director, Strategy; Program Manager at LINK is responsible for leading strategic engagements and managing client relationships to deliver impactful solutions. This role involves advising senior stakeholders, developing strategic narratives, and overseeing program delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance. Additionally, the position includes mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of the Strategy competency within the organization.

• $100 monthly internet/cell phone stipend
• $150 monthly commuter stipend for eligible participants
