What the job really is

The UX Researcher will lead complex mixed methods research programs to support a Product Risk & Compliance team, focusing on understanding product risk across various applications. This role involves designing and executing research projects, conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations that influence product and policy decisions. The researcher will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Compliance, Legal, and Product Management, while navigating evolving research questions and timelines.
