What the job really is

As an HR Operations Specialist at Lightspeed Systems, you will take full ownership of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance while administering the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You'll also build and document HR processes, support recruiting operations, and produce HR reporting, all while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency. This role is hybrid, requiring several days onsite at the Austin headquarters.
