Technical People Operations Specialist

As a Technical People Operations Specialist at Lightning AI, you will be responsible for building and administering People workflows and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing employee data, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and developing secure systems for handling sensitive information.
