The Staff/Sr Staff Laser Module & Systems Characterization Engineer at Lightmatter will be responsible for the hands-on technical ownership of the bring-up, characterization, and validation of laser modules and photonic systems. This role involves developing test plans, executing characterization campaigns, and collaborating closely with engineers and production teams to ensure performance specifications are met. The engineer will also write automation scripts, author characterization reports, and participate in laser safety validation.
