Director, Manufacturing Engineering

The Director of Manufacturing Engineering at LightForce will lead the engineering efforts for the company's manufacturing system, focusing on process engineering, automation, and new product introduction. This role involves developing manufacturing technology roadmaps, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The director will also build and manage a strong engineering team to support the scaling of LightForce's patient-specific manufacturing platform.
