What the job really is

As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct client care to children with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. Your responsibilities will include following individualized treatment plans, collecting and summarizing data on client behavior, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. This role requires active engagement with clients to help them develop essential skills for daily living and communication.
