What the job really is

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct care to children with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. Your responsibilities include following individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording data on client behavior, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment. You will also collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to prepare client materials and assessments.
