What the job really is

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct care to children with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. Your responsibilities will include following individualized treatment plans, collecting and summarizing data on client behavior, and assisting with parent training. You will also maintain a safe and organized therapy environment while collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
