As a Recruiter at Level.works, you will play a key role in connecting talented candidates with top employers in the public transport sector. Your daily tasks will involve managing a pool of candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the selection process, all while working collaboratively within a supportive team. You will also focus on achieving targets to fill training classes for future bus drivers, celebrating successes with your colleagues.

• Guaranteed base salary of €2,850 with average OTE of €3,300 and bonus potential up to €4,850 per month (based on 40 hours)
