What the job really is

As an Account Executive at LendingTree, you will engage with insurance professionals and small business owners to help them achieve their financial goals through tailored lead-generation solutions. This full-cycle sales role involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding prospects from initial contact to closing deals. You will work in a fast-paced fintech environment, managing a sales pipeline and collaborating with teammates to drive performance.

  • $51,500 base salary ($24.76 per hour annualized) plus uncapped commission
  • Estimated Year 1 on-target earnings of $85,000+
