What the job really is

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts, helping them achieve their technical goals and optimize their use of the platform. Your role involves building relationships with customers, providing product expertise, coordinating support issues, and ensuring customers are prepared for new product features. You will also advocate for customer needs internally and conduct regular meetings to review ongoing initiatives and support ticket statuses.
