What the job really is

As a CAR-T production supervisor at Legend Biotech, you will lead a team in a cleanroom facility, ensuring that CAR-T production runs smoothly and adheres to GMP standards. Your role involves managing daily operations, overseeing quality compliance, solving production challenges, and training team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and driving operational excellence through efficiency projects.
