What the job really is

As a CAR-T Operations Expert, you will lead and supervise specific components of the CAR-T production process, ensuring compliance with cGMP and GDP standards. Your daily tasks will include managing production planning, developing operational procedures, training junior colleagues, and collaborating with teams to optimize processes. You will also support the testing and implementation of production software systems.
