What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences oriented field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a cGMP biotech or biopharma environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex scientific and technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP documentation (deviations, CAPAs, change controls)
  • Comfortable working in a shift-based, operationally critical environment
Nice to have
  • Experience in Cell and/or Gene Therapy manufacturing
What the job really is

As an Associate Technical Specialist, you will support CAR-T manufacturing operations by providing hands-on scientific and technical assistance on the shop floor. Your role includes troubleshooting process-related issues, maintaining a strong presence on the floor, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also engage with various stakeholders and support documentation and project efforts to enhance operational excellence.
