What the job really is

As an Associate Technical Specialist, you will be part of the MSAT Technical Support team, providing hands-on scientific and technical support on the production floor for CAR-T manufacturing processes. Your role involves troubleshooting process-related issues, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while working in a shift model that includes on-call duties.
