What the job really is

As the Director of Product Management at LearnLux, you will lead the development of the product vision and strategy, focusing on creating impactful financial wellbeing experiences for employees globally. This hands-on leadership role involves collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive product direction, ensuring that global considerations are integrated into the product development process. You will also explore how AI can enhance product offerings and evolve the Product and Design organization as the company scales.
