Senior Director, Technology

As the Senior Director of Technology at Leading Educators, you will shape and execute the organization's technology vision and strategy to support educational success. You will lead a small technology team, manage technology investments, and ensure effective adoption of systems across the organization. This role involves developing multi-year technology roadmaps, overseeing AI governance, and fostering collaboration to address instructional challenges in education.

• Base salary range of $127,487 to $172,483 per year
• Standard starting salary of $149,985 based on meeting minimum requirements
