Director of Implementation, Design, and Coaching - ELA

The Director of Implementation, Design, and Coaching – ELA at Leading Educators will lead instructional transformation across seven schools in the San Mateo-Foster City District. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of English Language Arts (ELA) implementation, coaching educators, designing professional learning, and collaborating with district leaders to ensure high-quality literacy instruction. The position requires navigating complex challenges and translating data into actionable insights to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

• Base salary range of $103,649 to $140,231 per year, with a standard starting salary of $121,940 based on meeting the minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant experience
