What the job really is

In this role, you will lead the Talent Engineering organization at Lattice, overseeing a team of over 50 engineers and managers. Your responsibilities will include coaching leaders, ensuring product quality and reliability, collaborating on product strategy, and scaling organizational practices. You'll also represent Lattice in discussions with key customers and stakeholders, driving the development of AI-powered talent management solutions.
