What the job really is

As an Outreach Counselor at Larkin Street Youth Services, you will provide street-based outreach services to youth aged 12-24 and support them in accessing various services. Your role includes conducting assessments, providing counseling, distributing harm reduction kits, and fostering safe relationships with youth from diverse backgrounds. You will also assist in HIV/STI testing and education, and participate in outreach events to engage new clients.
