What the job really is

As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be the point of contact for customers during the night shift, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to the travel tool. Your daily tasks will include handling flight-related customer requests, bookings, and cancellations via phone and email, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving under pressure.
