What the job really is

As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be the primary contact for customers during the night shift, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to the travel tool. Your daily tasks include handling flight-specific customer requests, making and modifying bookings, and providing support for the Lanes & Planes system, all while maintaining a high level of customer service and problem-solving skills.
