What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including direct National Olympic or Paralympic Committee experience gained at multi-sport events.
  • Direct Olympic and Paralympic Games experience within the National Olympic and Paralympic Committee ecosystem is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Paralympic Movement and of Paralympic Games operations across both planning and Games delivery.
  • Experience within the adaptive community or the wider Paralympic Movement.
  • Direct experience working with senior stakeholders and events across Asia, Oceania or Africa at executive level.
  • French or Russian language is required, alongside Microsoft Office fluency and exceptional Excel and Smartsheet data management skills.

  • Existing relationships with National Paralympic Committees and their Games-time needs.
  • Track record leading multicultural teams and managing budgets responsibly.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
What the job really is

As the Manager of NPC Relations and Planning, you will serve as the primary liaison between LA28 and the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees in Asia, Oceania, and Africa. You will also focus on Paralympic integration and accessibility, fostering relationships, and managing communications to enhance the overall experience for delegations.
