What the job really is

The Manager, NCS Volunteer Program & Operations is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive volunteer program for the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees. This includes recruiting and training volunteers, managing their assignments and scheduling, and ensuring effective communication and support during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role also involves leading a team to create an engaging and inclusive environment for volunteers and overseeing operational tasks related to volunteer management.
