Associate, Program Management - Engineering

As an Associate in Program Management for Engineering, you will coordinate various engineering workstreams in preparation for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Your role involves collaborating with multiple teams, managing stakeholder requests, organizing meetings, and preparing documentation to provide clear updates on engineering status. This position requires a proactive approach and offers broad exposure to the planning and delivery processes of the Games.

• Exposure to every Engineering workstream and the functional areas that depend on it
• A seat in the rooms where venue, technology, and delivery decisions get made
• Transferable skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, and technical documentation
• Teammates creating venue infrastructure that does not exist yet, who share what they learn

• No relocation assistance provided
• Role may evolve to include operational responsibilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games
• Work hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods
• Majority of work conducted in an open office environment
