  • Experience with CMMS platforms, such as D365 EAM, SAP PM, Maximo or other CMMS platforms

  • Excellent attention to detail and data integrity

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Ability to generate reports and modify reports as needed
What the job really is

The Maintenance Specialist will manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities include maintaining asset records, scheduling maintenance activities, generating reports, and supporting regulatory audits. The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to patient-centered outcomes while adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
