What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, information/knowledge management, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in knowledge management, interagency agreement management, or program support within DoD or federal agencies
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, including workflow automation, document libraries, and version control
  • Working knowledge of CUI handling requirements and RBAC principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior government stakeholders
  • US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance
Nice to have
  • Direct experience drafting and staffing interagency support agreements under DoDI 4000.19
  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or equivalent KM certification
  • Experience with federal health or logistics agency agreements and governance
  • Familiarity with secure government cloud environments and interconnection security agreement processes
  • Experience facilitating AARs and developing SOPs
What the job really is

The Knowledge Management SME will oversee the management of interagency agreements related to a DoD medical supply chain resilience program. Daily tasks include drafting and coordinating support agreements, managing their lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies. The role also involves building a centralized knowledge portal and facilitating After Action Reviews to improve operational processes.
