What the job really is

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will assist Senior Recruiters in the full-cycle recruitment process while gradually managing requisitions independently. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and ensuring a smooth recruitment process with strong candidate engagement.
