Staff, Harness Engineering Manager

In this role, you will lead the harness architecture and strategy for Kodiak Robotics' autonomous vehicle platform, focusing on high-speed, low-voltage, and high-power requirements. You will set design standards, manage supplier relationships, and mentor engineers while driving cross-functional collaboration across various teams. Additionally, you'll oversee the full program lifecycle and lead root cause analysis on electrical system issues.
