What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in human services, criminal justice, social work, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • At least two years of experience in case management or direct services

What the job really is

The Case Manager for Offender Services at Kinexus Group will support the Pathway Home 6 grant and WIOA programming by assisting justice-involved individuals in their transition from incarceration to employment. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing Individualized Development Plans (IDPs), providing job readiness training, and connecting participants with supportive services. The role requires collaboration with jail staff and external service providers to ensure successful reentry and reduce recidivism.
