What the job really is

As the Director of Securities & Corporate Counsel at Kikoff, you will be responsible for building the governance and disclosure infrastructure necessary for a public company. Your role will involve leading legal execution on capital markets, M&A, and strategic transactions, as well as overseeing SEC reporting and corporate governance. You will work closely with senior executives and the board, ensuring compliance and readiness for a potential IPO.
