What the job really is

As an International Destination Expert at Kensington, you will engage with clients to create personalized luxury travel experiences. Your role involves responding to inquiries, understanding client preferences, designing customized itineraries, and maintaining client relationships throughout the travel process. You will work remotely from Nairobi while collaborating with a North American sales team to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
