What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce platforms, specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Hands-on Salesforce development or architecture background (Apex, LWC, platform configuration)
  • Strong engineering management experience in Agile and DevOps environments
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling distributed engineering teams (onshore / nearshore / offshore)
  • Experience with ERP integration, particularly NetSuite or Oracle, within a commerce or order management context
  • Prior CX, UI/UX, or front-end architecture responsibility

  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred — B2B Commerce Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent

  • Background working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology companies
