What the job really is

As a Field Operations Technician at Kargo, you will travel extensively to customer facilities to lead inspections, installations, and servicing of hardware products. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, providing engineering recommendations, and interacting with customers to ensure successful installations and operations of Kargo's loading dock sensor platform.
