What the job really is

As a Software Engineering Manager for Data at Kard, you will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on data engineering, analytics, data science, and machine learning. Your role involves setting the technical direction for the data platform, improving its scalability and reliability, and ensuring that the go-to-market teams have access to actionable data. You will also guide architectural decisions and foster team development while collaborating with engineering and product teams.
