  • Experience leading technically complex data, ML, or platform products across multiple teams.

  • Experience building marketer-facing insights, audience, measurement, or analytics products from first-party data.
  • Experience with ML personalization, recommendations, merchant or location intelligence, entity resolution, or real-time decisioning.
  • Experience with modern data or platform technologies such as Databricks, dbt, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, especially at enterprise or regulated scale.
What the job really is

As the Staff Product Manager for Data & Platform at Kard, you will lead two teams focused on data and engineering enablement. Your role involves shaping product strategy, collaborating with technical and business partners, and turning foundational technology into customer value. You will also be responsible for defining capabilities for offer decisioning and ensuring the platforms meet user needs while driving measurable business impact.
