What the job really is

As a Business Development Representative at Karbon, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, primarily through upselling to existing customers and reaching out to new prospects. Your daily activities will include conducting research, making cold calls, scheduling demo calls for Account Executives, and maintaining records in the CRM system. This role is hybrid and requires a proactive, independent approach in a fast-paced environment.
