Principal Tooling Engineer

As a Principal Tooling Engineer at K2, you will be responsible for designing and fabricating tooling and material handling systems essential for satellite production and operations. Your role involves collaborating with production teams to shape build processes, developing satellite subsystem production fixtures, and driving hands-on tooling development while ensuring tool performance through validation. You will also have the opportunity to influence foundational tooling strategies as the company scales its manufacturing capabilities.

• Base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000 + equity in the company
