What the job really is

As a Partner Success Manager at Jukebox Health, you will be responsible for managing multiple partner accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing success. Your role will involve maintaining proactive communication with partners, driving program optimization through performance metrics, and resolving escalations. You will also lead implementation planning for new partnerships and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program launches.
