What the job really is

As a Senior Structural Test Engineer at JetZero, you will lead the planning and execution of engineering development testing for a new blended-wing body aircraft. Your role involves developing test plans, coordinating across engineering disciplines, and overseeing real-time test execution while mentoring junior engineers. You will also be responsible for post-test data analysis and continuous improvement of test processes and lab infrastructure.
