What the job really is

The Learning & Development Advisor at JCDecaux will support the Learning & Development function by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs aimed at enhancing employee and leader capabilities. Daily tasks include managing learning content, monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives, providing support for employee development needs, and organizing logistics for learning events.
