What the job really is

As a Finishing Operator, you will operate finishing machinery, monitor print quality, and manage packing processes to ensure daily KPIs are met. You will work within a team in the Finishing Dispatch department, focusing on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
