What the job really is

As a Services Advisory Lead at Ivalua, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them plan and implement solutions using the Ivalua platform. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to define project scopes, lead sales advisory efforts, and ensure successful delivery strategies. You will also contribute to refining service delivery models and best practices to enhance customer experiences.
