What the job really is

As a Services Advisory Lead at Ivalua, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them plan and implement successful projects using the Ivalua platform. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to define delivery strategies, scope projects, and ensure successful engagements that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. You will also contribute to the development of service delivery models and best practices to enhance the customer experience.
