What the job really is

As the Director of Activations Strategy & Operations, you will oversee the entire activation process for clinical trials, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing timelines to achieve a 75-day activation goal. Your role will involve diagnosing inefficiencies, designing scalable processes, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration among various departments. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing the activations team as the function grows.
