  • 2+ years experience in a B2B customer-facing role for a high-tech, SaaS organization
  • Experience using 3rd-party delivery tools (Validity Everest, eDataSource, Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, etc.)
  • High technical aptitude, motivated, goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

As an Email Deliverability Consultant at Iterable, you will provide consulting services to help customers maximize their email deliverability and ensure they land in recipients' inboxes. Your role involves educating clients on best practices, monitoring performance, analyzing support tickets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. You will also contribute to industry discussions through blogs and webinars.
