What the job really is

As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition at Isar Aerospace, you will assist in attracting and hiring talent for their aerospace projects. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, and supporting talent attraction initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a fast-paced environment.
