What the job really is

The Quality Development Program at InterSystems is a rotational experience designed for soon-to-be graduates interested in software quality assurance. Participants will engage in hands-on testing, validation, and system-level analysis, working closely with development teams to implement test automation and build CI pipelines. The program includes onboarding, mentorship, and two rotations across various product teams, leading to a full-time role based on performance and fit.
